Heiken Ashi Forex Scalping Strategy
This is a scalping system that follows the trend. It uses the heiken ashi indicator. Trend magic indicator is also used in this system. This strategy is for a 5-minute and 15-minute timeframe and works on EURUSD and GBPUSD pairs.
Metatrader Indicators:
- Heiken Ashi
- Trend Magic indicator
- Heiken Ashi histogram (AV period 6)
- Heiken Ashi separated window(21, 50, 1,1,)
- ATM RSI Histo (9)
- Pivot Points level
Long Entry:
- The line of the Trend Magic indicator is blue.
- Dodge blue bar must be seen on the Heiken Ashi histogram.
- Heiken Ashi is color white.
- Heiken Ashi separated window has green bars.
Short Entry:
- The line of the Trend Magic indicator is red.
- Dodge red bars must be seen on the Heiken Ashi histogram.
- Heiken Ashi is color red.
- Heiken Ashi separated window has red bars.
Exit position:
- Quick take profit at 6-10 pips in a 5-minute timeframe and 8-14 pips in a 15-minute timeframe.
- Trailing stops at 10 pips after 10 pips gain.
- Pivot points
- Initial stop loss 15 pips 5 min time frame and 20 pips 15 min time frame.
