A completed sign-up form is only the beginning. You still need to know which company the agreement names, which platform the trading account uses and whether the account settings fit your intended trading. Sorting those out first is easier than moving money after choosing the wrong account.
Confirm the company and residence before signing up
Use the current company website and read the agreement offered to you. JustMarkets operates through several legal entities. Its global site excludes residents and citizens of specified jurisdictions, including India, Japan, Australia, Canada, the UK and US. A language option or an accessible form does not override that notice. Current regulation and restriction notice.
Enter your actual country. If your circumstances involve different citizenship and residence, resolve eligibility with the company before depositing. Our country and entity guide explains that decision without treating every country missing from a restriction list as accepted.
What the public registration screen shows
The screen observed for this guide starts with an email field and a Next button. Google, Facebook and Telegram options are also visible. It does not yet show all the residence or password fields described in older help instructions. Follow the current sequence rather than hunting for a button from an older screenshot.
Use an email address you control and can recover securely. A social sign-in option also depends on access to that social account. Do not create several registrations while waiting for one confirmation message.
Complete the help-based registration steps
- Enter your email on the official registration route and continue.
- Provide the requested residence and account information accurately. Read the company name and agreement before accepting.
- Set a unique password according to the requirements shown. Do not copy a password example from a guide.
- If a partner relationship is intended, check it before submitting. The broker says a referral link already associates the account with that partner; entering a separate partner code is optional.
- Complete the email confirmation and requested profile details. Keep the confirmation message and account information privately.

Separate the portal from the trading account
Your Personal Area is the management portal. The MetaTrader account uses its own account number, trading password and server. A successful portal login therefore does not prove that the same email and password will connect MT4 or MT5. The login guide explains which credentials belong where.
Help documentation says a trading account is created during registration. Check its platform, account type, currency and leverage rather than assuming it is the account you wanted. Additional accounts can be created inside the existing Personal Area. Compare the current account types before choosing another one; you do not need a second registration merely to use a different platform.
The final check before a first deposit
Confirm that the legal name matches your documents and payment account, the chosen trading account is the right one, and the displayed minimum fits both that account and the payment method. Complete the requested verification first. Then use the deposit walkthrough to distinguish the amount paid from the amount credited after conversion.
If registration stalls, note the exact error and stage. Check the inbox and spam folder for the address you actually entered. If the account already exists, recover access rather than registering again. A country restriction, document mismatch and browser error need different answers; a screenshot of the empty or redacted error is more useful than a password.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need separate trading credentials?
Yes. Personal Area access and MetaTrader access serve different purposes. For MetaTrader, use the trading account number, trading password and server shown for that account.
Can I select any country?
No. Enter your real residence and disclose the information requested. An available dropdown or translated page does not override eligibility rules for residence or citizenship.
When should I prepare documents?
Prepare genuine identity and address documents before funding. The company may require checks at different stages, and full verification unlocks more account functions.
What if signup does not complete?
Record the exact error, check the email address and confirmation message, and recover an existing account if one is found. Ask official support about eligibility or account errors instead of creating repeated registrations.
