How the withdrawal buffer is calculated
Net receipt = Gross withdrawal − Percentage fee − Fixed fee
The request preserves the entered buffer when the gross account debit is no greater than current balance minus protected balance.
Maximum net receipt applies the same entered fee assumptions to the maximum gross withdrawal. Broker fee schedules can use different bases.
