JustMarkets Login: Personal Area, MT4 and MT5 Help

Use the Personal Area login for your profile and the separate MT4 or MT5 account number, trading password and server for trading. Recover the specific credential that failed; do not create another profile just because one login attempt was rejected.

A failed login is easier to solve once you identify which account you are trying to enter. The Personal Area manages your relationship with the broker. An MT4 or MT5 trading account connects to a particular trading server. Repeatedly trying the same password in every screen mixes these two jobs.

Start from the company website

Open the website for the company named in your account documents and use its own Log in link. Check the Global company and eligibility information. Existing clients whose account uses the Global route can open the Global Personal Area login on the official broker site. The public login screen inspected on 14 September 2026 begins with an email field and Next, with Google, Facebook and Telegram options. We did not submit it or observe the later authentication steps.

Use the email attached to your existing Personal Area. If you originally used a social sign-in method, establish which identity is linked before creating another profile. New clients should follow the registration guide; existing clients should recover their account rather than start again.

Match the credentials to the destination

MT5MT5 account number, trading password and exact serverLive and demo server choices must match the account

The broker’s trading-login instructions describe account number, password and server as separate fields. Its platform compatibility help confirms that MT4 and MT5 accounts are not interchangeable. A correct password still fails against the wrong account or platform.

Connect a trading account methodically

  1. Open your existing Personal Area and locate the intended trading account. Record its platform, account number and server without copying the password into notes.
  2. Launch the matching terminal through the broker’s verified platform route. Use our MT4 guide or MT5 guide for installation.
  3. On desktop, choose File, then Login to Trade Account. Enter the trading account number and trading password and select the server shown for that account.
  4. Confirm that the account balance and live/demo status match what you expected. A successful connection to a different account is not a successful check.
  5. Before sending an order, check the symbol and its trading permissions. A connected terminal can still have an instrument restriction or read-only access.

If a server is missing, the broker documents searching for Just Global Markets Ltd when adding an existing account. Use the server attached to your own company and account, rather than assuming that the first result is correct.

Recover the right password

For a Personal Area password, the official recovery guidance describes using Forgot your password and the registered email. The exact screen can change, so follow the recovery option on the official route. If you cannot access that mailbox or the linked social account, contact support before making duplicate profiles.

A trading-password reset is a different operation. The current trading-password instructions place it under My accounts, account settings, Change Password. They describe selecting the main trading password and confirming with a two-factor code. Never send that code or either password to someone offering to “fix” a login in a message.

Separate authentication from account restrictions

What you seeFirst check
Invalid account or failed authorizationPlatform, account number, exact server and trading password
No connectionInternet connection, server choice and whether the terminal can reach the server
Connected but cannot tradeRead-only password, symbol suffix, market/session or account restrictions
Verification requestComplete the requested check through the official Personal Area

Use the verification guide for document problems. For unresolved access, give support a concise evidence packet: platform and version, account number through a secure channel, server, error text and timestamp. Mask balances and unrelated personal details in screenshots. A deposit is not a general remedy for a login failure.

Frequently asked questions

Are my Personal Area and trading passwords the same?

They serve different logins. Use the Personal Area authentication for your profile and the trading password attached to the selected MT4 or MT5 account.

Can I log in to MT4 with an MT5 account?

No. The broker documents separate accounts for the two platforms. Open the correct platform account inside your existing Personal Area if you need it.

Why is the correct password rejected?

Check the account number, platform and exact live or demo server as well as the password. A password alone does not identify the account.

How do I reset a trading password?

Use the selected account’s settings in your Personal Area and follow the official Change Password process, including its security confirmation.

Can I keep using an old JustForex login?

Start from the current company website and check the account information there. Do not rely on an old bookmarked server or create a duplicate Personal Area without checking with support.
