How to Deposit at JustMarkets: Methods and Checks

To deposit at JustMarkets, select the intended trading account and an available payment method in Personal Area, then compare the payment amount with the amount credited after conversion. Use only payment accounts in your own name and retain the transaction reference.

Start with the destination account number. If you have several MT4, MT5 or demo accounts, a payment made successfully to the wrong real account still needs sorting out. Funding does not choose the right platform or risk level for you.

Choose the method you can actually use

Available payment methods depend on your region and account. The list in Personal Area is more useful than a generic list of bank logos. Check the method’s minimum, maximum, currency and processing estimate alongside the account’s initial deposit requirement.

The broker prohibits deposits from relatives, friends or other third parties. Use an account in your own name and finish the requested identity checks before funding. If residence or company assignment is unclear, resolve it through the country and entity guide first. A local payment rail does not establish local regulatory authorisation.

The documented deposit workflow

The following sequence follows JustMarkets’ deposit instructions; it is not a record of a payment we made.

  1. Sign in through the company website and open Funding, then Deposit.
  2. Select the real trading account to receive the money.
  3. Choose an available method and read its current limits and processing information.
  4. Enter the requested payment details. Compare the amount to be paid with the amount credited to the account, especially when the currencies differ.
  5. Review the destination and total before continuing to the payment provider’s confirmation.
  6. After authorisation, keep the broker and provider reference numbers and check Transaction History.

No broker fee does not mean no conversion cost

The broker says it does not impose deposit or withdrawal payment commissions, but a bank or wallet provider may charge. Its instructions also say a deposit in a different currency uses internal conversion rates. Treat the quoted total as a separate decision from the trading spread or commission.

For example, if the checkout asks you to pay 100 units of your local currency and shows a different amount credited in USD, do not compare the two numbers as though they were the same unit. Record the currency on each side, any provider charge and the final account credit. Use the quote shown for that transaction rather than a rate copied from a search result.

Depositing and transferring are different actions

The current Personal Area guide documents internal transfers between accounts. A deposit brings funds from an external payment account; an internal transfer reallocates money already held within your Personal Area. Before transferring, check both account numbers, currencies and the effect on any positions in the sending account.

A transfer does not convert an MT4 account into MT5 or move an open trade. If you selected the wrong account type, establish the correct destination first. Do not open another Personal Area to solve an account-selection mistake.

If money leaves the bank but is not credited

First distinguish a pending authorisation from a settled debit on the provider’s side. Then compare that status with the broker’s Transaction History. A blank account balance alone does not tell you where the payment stopped.

Do not submit the same deposit again while the original is uncertain. Keep the amount, currencies, time, account number and references, then use our support guide to request a trace of the existing payment. If a method has disappeared, ask about its status; do not use a third party who offers to route the money for you.

Before funding again, understand how the deposit affects your eventual withdrawal route. Deposited principal generally returns through its original funding method, which makes keeping payment records worthwhile.

Frequently asked questions

Which deposit methods will I see?

The available list is shown in Personal Area and can vary by region, account and method availability. Read the current transaction limits and currency quote before confirming.

Can someone else deposit for me?

No. JustMarkets’ deposit instructions prohibit third-party payments, including payments from relatives or friends. Use a payment account belonging to you.

Why is my deposit pending?

It may still be awaiting provider authorisation, broker processing or another required check. Compare both transaction statuses and ask support to trace the existing reference before making another payment.

How do I move money between trading accounts?

Use the documented internal-transfer function in Personal Area, checking both account numbers, currencies and open-position margin first. An internal transfer is different from an external deposit.
