Your source record
You supply the event name, currency, publisher, link, verified date, time basis, event time, review time and selected pairs.
Record one economic event from a source you verify, state the time basis, and compare its currency with up to ten selected forex pairs. Model manual_event_relevance v1.0.0 derives only exact currency matches and entered-time distance.
Enter the schedule record exactly as you verified it. The page saves form inputs in this browser so you can revisit the plan, but it never treats the entry as a live or certified market feed.
You supply the event name, currency, publisher, link, verified date, time basis, event time, review time and selected pairs.
Version 1 checks whether the event currency is one leg of each pair and subtracts the two entered date-times as wall-clock values.
No event importance, surprise, pip move, volatility, direction, probability, position risk, suitability, alert or trade action is inferred.
Official publishers maintain their own schedules, and release timing can change. The Federal Reserve notes that meeting dates can be tentative and that the FOMC can meet as needed. The BLS publishes a release calendar, while the ECB, Bank of England and Bank of Japan maintain their own policy schedules. Recheck the relevant official page and record its stated time convention before each use.
The date-time subtraction treats both entries as being in the same stated time basis. It does not consult the browser clock, convert time zones, account for daylight-saving changes or certify that either entry matches the publisher.
| Output | It means | It does not mean |
|---|---|---|
| Direct base-currency match | The entered event currency is the first leg of the pair. | The base currency will strengthen or weaken. |
| Direct quote-currency match | The entered event currency is the second leg of the pair. | The quote currency will move by a predicted amount. |
| No direct currency match | Neither pair leg equals the entered event currency. | The pair cannot move or has no wider market exposure. |
| Inside your review window | The entered event is upcoming and within the number of minutes you supplied. | A signal to enter, exit, hedge, change a stop or avoid a trade. |
The former prototype used expired, unsourced event rows, fixed impact labels, percentage-based surprise bands, uncited historical pip-move estimates and prescriptive position actions. Those rows remain removed from the deployable event asset, and the rebuilt route does not load that asset. Version 1 accepts one user-verified schedule record and withholds every market-impact and trading-action inference.
The tool checks whether the entered event currency exactly equals the base or quote currency of each selected pair. It separately subtracts the entered review time from the entered event time, treating both as wall-clock values in the same stated time basis.
direct match = event currency equals pair base OR pair quoteminutes until event = event minute − review minute
If the review time is 12:45, the verified event time is 13:30 in the same stated zone, the review window is 60 minutes and the event currency is USD, the time distance is 45 minutes. EUR/USD is a direct quote-currency match and falls inside the entered window.
The result says nothing about the importance, direction or size of any market reaction.
A direct match is a label relationship between one event currency and one pair leg. “Inside window” is a time-distance result. Neither output is a volatility score, trading signal or instruction.
No. You enter one event from a source you verify. The tool does not retrieve, certify or automatically refresh economic events.
It means the entered event currency exactly equals the base or quote currency of a selected pair. For example, a USD event directly matches EUR/USD and USD/JPY.
No. It identifies a shared currency label only. It does not establish importance, volatility, price direction, move size, probability or a trading opportunity.
Version 1.0.0 subtracts the entered review minute from the entered event minute. A positive result is upcoming, zero is the entered event time, and a negative result means the entered event time has passed.
No. Enter both date-times in the same time basis and document that basis in the label field. The model performs no timezone or daylight-saving conversion.
It means the entered event is upcoming and its entered-time distance is no greater than the number of minutes you supplied. The window is a descriptive planning label, not an alert, risk score or trade instruction.
No. Surprise analysis, historical pip-impact use, price-direction forecasts, position-risk assessment and trading recommendations are blocked from model 1.0.0.
Version 1 stores only the form inputs in this browser under a separate local-storage key. It does not connect to broker credentials, balances, positions or orders. Clear saved inputs removes them.
