Volcano trading System
This trading system has an indicator called volcano WMAn that provides the arrow alert signal. It can determine a trend with WMAs and a possible entry on a trending market using the volcano WMA.
Use this on a 1 minute chart in EURUSD pair.
Forex Indicators:
- Moving Averages
- Period: 40 to 60 and 90 to 120
- MA method: Linear Weighted
- Apply to: Close
For Long entry:
- Open a buy position when there is an up arrow and all the WMA lines has an upward slope
- The blue WMA lines are stretched and the green / pink WMA lines are compressed.
For Short entry:
- We open a sell order when there is a down arrow and all the WMA lines has a downward slope. The blue
- WMA lines are stretched and the green / pink WMA lines are compressed.
Exit rules:
Place 10 pips for stop loss and 10 pips for take profit.
This is a trend following strategy in which it has a lower risk as compared to strategy that trade on sideway market and retracement market.
This system is not for reversal.
