RoboForex MobileTrader and WebTrader: App and Browser Guide

MobileTrader and WebTrader are RoboForex’s proprietary app and browser routes. The current dedicated page advertises MT4 and MT5 access; confirm that your specific account appears in the interface rather than assuming every platform or custom EA is interchangeable. Price alerts and stop-loss orders also serve different purposes.

Broker links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission if you use them. Forex and CFD trading carries a significant risk of loss.

Using one app for charts and account management can be convenient, but convenience makes account identification more important. Before touching an order button, confirm the selected account, symbol and volume. A chart inside a broker app is not proof of a direct TradingView broker connection or of desktop automation support.

Identify which application you have

The dedicated MobileTrader and WebTrader page currently says it gives access to MT4 and MT5 through the proprietary platform. Older homepage wording focuses on MT4. Use the dedicated current page as the product description, then verify the account options actually available to you.

NameWhat to identify
MobileTrader / WebTraderThe proprietary mobile or browser interface and its selected account.
MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5The MetaQuotes application and a compatible trade-server login.
R StocksTraderThe separate multi-asset platform and its account conditions.
Members AreaThe management profile, verification and account records.

Use our MT4, MT5 and R StocksTrader guides for their distinct setup. Having all four routes installed on a phone does not merge the underlying trading accounts.

Use an official entry route

  1. Start at the provider’s platform page. Follow its current store or browser link instead of searching for a downloadable APK from an unknown site.
  2. Check the destination. Read the app name, publisher and linked provider identity. Do not rely on a star rating or logo alone.
  3. Inspect the login request. Identify whether the screen asks for Members Area details or a trading account. Use the login guide if it is unclear.
  4. Confirm the selected account. Check real/demo status, currency and current balance before using a trade panel.
  5. Review security and notifications. Choose permissions deliberately and protect the device’s lock screen and saved credentials.

The provider also advertises browser and Telegram-related access. Follow only the links supplied by its current official pages. A bot or message that merely uses the broker name does not become an authorised entry point.

Distinguish a chart signal from an order

The public feature page describes charts, drawing tools, indicators, market information, price alerts and copy trading. Those features help you inspect or monitor a market; they do not establish a profitable entry or guarantee that a notification arrives in time to act.

For an alert, record the symbol, price condition and notification destination. Test the setting in a noncritical situation before relying on it. An alert is not a stop-loss order: the latter is an instruction attached to trading exposure, while an alert only asks the interface to notify you.

Likewise, a familiar chart library or visual layout does not prove that a RoboForex account can be connected from TradingView’s independent trading panel. We did not establish such a connection. Use the provider’s actual account interface for the supported order route.

Read the complete ticket on a small screen

Confirm the symbol and contract, direction, volume, order type and any stop or limit levels. A small screen can hide a field below the fold, so scroll through the ticket before confirming. Check what happens when switching accounts: a remembered volume may no longer be suitable.

Use a demo account to practise changing and cancelling orders. Inspect the resulting account history so that a tapped control has a clear, understood result. Avoid one-click trading until you know how the interface handles accidental taps and default size.

Keep funding records separate from chart activity

The platform advertises fund management in the same environment. That does not remove the method’s ownership, verification or delivery conditions. Use the deposit guide and withdrawal guide before a payment, and keep its reference independently from any trade ticket.

If the app displays an error after confirmation, inspect transaction history before repeating the action. An interrupted screen refresh does not always tell you whether an order or payment request was received. Ask official support to identify the record when the status is uncertain.

Do not assume desktop-program support

A mobile chart is not a Windows terminal for custom DLLs, indicators and EAs. Before planning automation, identify the actual runtime the program requires. Our VPS guide separates a remote desktop from MetaQuotes virtual hosting, and neither validates a trading strategy.

For support, retain the app version, device operating system, selected account, time and exact message. Screenshots should omit passwords and unrelated personal information. A reproducible sequence is more useful than sending a full unredacted screen recording.

Frequently asked questions

Does MobileTrader support MT4 or MT5 accounts?

The current dedicated provider page advertises access to both. Confirm your specific account in the actual interface; older homepage wording focused on MT4. An installed app does not convert an account into another platform or guarantee every feature applies.

Is MobileTrader just the MetaTrader mobile app?

No. RoboForex presents MobileTrader and WebTrader as its proprietary platform. MetaTrader and R StocksTrader have separate applications and account workflows. Check the application name, provider and selected account so similar-looking screens do not lead to a wrong login assumption.

Can I connect RoboForex directly from TradingView?

A chart appearance or embedded chart feature does not establish that connection. This review did not verify an independent TradingView broker-panel integration. Use the supported platform route and do not infer RoboForex availability from another broker's TradingView connection.

Is a price alert the same as a stop loss?

No. An alert is a notification condition. A stop loss is an order instruction for trading exposure, with its own execution limitations. Decide whether you need a notification or an order, then check the actual account record for the latter.

Can the mobile app run my desktop EA?

Do not assume it provides a compatible custom-program runtime. Confirm the EA’s platform and hosting requirements and test them separately. Monitoring a position on a phone does not mean that the automated strategy itself is running on that device.

Sources and scope

Checked 15 September 2026. RoboForex Ltd public instructions and the platform documentation below inform this guide. Public pages and blank forms were reviewed; we did not open or fund an account, upload identity documents, place an order or test a withdrawal. Source conditions and the account-specific screen take priority where availability differs.
