Cross EMA Trading System
This is another trend following strategy that uses more on EMAs or Exponential Moving Average combined with other indicators such as RSI, Stoch and Zigzag. Here are the setups of these indicators.
- EMA: 5(White), 10, 20, 50
- RSI: 14
- Stochastics 5, 3, 3
- Zig Zag: 12, 5, 3
- EMA/EMA Cross Indicator
Rules for LONG entry:
- A Green arrow is signaling an EMA cross. Entry Recommendation.
- A Whole candle must close above the 5 EMA (White). Entry Confirmation.
To exit position for long:
- Red arrow is signaling an EMA cross. Exit Recommendation.
- A Whole candle must close below 20 EMA (Green). Exit Confirmation.
Rules for SHORT entry:
- A Red arrow is signaling an EMA cross. Entry Recommendation.
- A Whole candle must close below 5 EMA (White). Entry Confirmation.
To exit position for short:
- A Green arrow signaling an EMA cross. Exit Recommendation.
- A Whole candle must closes above 20 EMA (Green). Exit Confirmation.
