Reversal Momentum Forex Scalping Strategy
This is a scalping system that is based on a reversal momentum. It uses 2 indicators in the same window and it is the CCI and RSI indicators. This works on a 15-minute and 30-minute timeframe and is applicable to any currency pairs.
Forex Indicators
- CCI 14 period with Rsi 14 Period( cci level 100, 150, 200, -100,-150,-200)
- overbought area CCI >= 150 level;
- oversold area CC <= -150 level;
- Bands (20.2);
- Pivot point levels.
Long Entry:
- CCI must be in the oversold area. CCI <= -150.
- Enter long trade when it crosses upward RSI 14.
Sell Entry:
- CCI must be in the overbought area. CCI >= 150.
- Enter Short trade when it crosses upward RSI 14.
Exit position:
- Quick take profit at 8-15 pips, but it also depends on the currency and timeframe.
- Exit at the next band of the BB.
- At the pivot points level.
- Set initial stop loss at 15 -20 pips after 8 pips in gain move stop loss at entry level.
